Although I called them the last minute they offered a very convenient price and were able to set a favorable moving date. The booking process was easy and flexible. As strange as it may sound they managed to turn my move into a trouble-free experience. At this point, all I can say is that I’m pleased that I met them and used their services. I couldn’t imagine my next move without their help.
Our move is currently in progress but I am so pleased with the way it's going I wanted to share my experience with Stevens Worldwide. The first part of our move was picking up and loading the items into a storage unit. The 2nd part will be picking up from storage and delivering our items into our new home once it's built. The move has exceeded my expectations so far! Their communication is wonderful! They give me an accurate quote from the beginning which has not changed! They offered multiple packing services and fully explained the breakdown of charges between all of their options. All of their employees from the office staff to the movers have been polite, professional and hard working. They did a great job at crating some of our larger glass items and I am not the least bit worried about our items being delivered after seeing the way everything was packed.
This was my first time using a professional moving company and the team at Stevens Worldwide Van Lines made it an experience I will never forget! They were courteous and professional from the start. They conducted themselves in a professional manner and arrived, packed and delivered as promised. There were only a few damaged items and one missing which is currently being handled by their claims department.
