Sprint Mover relocated my whole family from Los Angeles to norther cali, San Fran to be exact. I was able to call them during the whole process and did not have to wait on hold. That was the biggest issue that I had with my last company that moved me. The customer service that Sprint Mover has is fantastic. They arrived in a timely manor and the movers were great during pick up. The delivery took place in three days, which is what I was expecting from the jump. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a mover who does give a ****.
I used Sprint Mover for my move last month and I am overall satisfied with their services. I called and received a quote with and without packing. I decided to do the packing myself after they informed me their prices for packing materials. I called in multiple times asking questions and someone was always there to answer my calls. On the day of the move, they called to inform me twice that they would be arriving later than anticipated. While I was appreciative of the communication, I was unhappy that the delay was still what they considered within my pickup window, therefore I was not entitled to compensation. When they movers arrived, they were great and worked quickly until almost midnight to get all of my items loaded. I received updates throughout the transit of my items and the movers showed up as originally expected for the delivery end. As they were unloading, I realized my dresser was scratched and a mirror had been cracked. The movers provided me with claims information which I later received a very small amount of compensation for. Overall I enjoyed working with this company but I do think there are certain areas they can improve on. I would give them 3/5 stars with the likely potential to give them another chance.
