This is my 2nd time using Safebound Moving & Storage. They really are an awesome moving company. I never thought I would say that until I worked with this company. The owner is always VERY QUICK TO RESPOND out of the gate and then the movers themselves have all been so great. They were incredible. I had different movers this time and they were equally awesome!
They damaged one of my flat screen tv I reach out 2 days later one of them gave me an email to filed a claim no one ever got back to me so I called them on April 15th and finally got the correct email on wed someone called and told me that after 15 days I won’t be able to file the claim , I received an email that I lost everything , not only that they over charged me I reach out twice they still haven’t refunded the money I give 2 stars to the movers because they were nice and professional even though they damaged my stuff
These guys were very professional, the move went off WITHOUT A HITCH. They carefully wrapped all of the furniture and packed the truck like professional. They were very considerate of my needs and made sure to ask exactly where everything went, and even kept quiet when my baby took a nap. Couldn't have asked for a SMOOTHER MOVING PROCESS. They wore masks, I Highly recommend.
These guys are amazing. From start to finish, they took their time - PAID ATTENTION TO DETAILS and didn't get a single scratch on our expensive walnut furniture. We've moved sufficient times now and have always come across broken pieces or damaged furniture. Not with these guys. Highly recommended and they did a PHONOMENAL JOB !!
