They charged us $865 in fees, which the girl on the phone didn't mention. We cancelled within the 3-day period. We're still trying to get our money back. DO NOT use this company.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I am suing them- quoted me 11k to move and demanded I pay them 25k in order to get my stuff back. They demand cash because they are know everyone would not pay them if they didn’t. Contacting LA District Attorney’s office about them. STAY AWAY and do NOT USE THEM. Sharon is a total scam.
I had a very bad experience with Rhino Relocation company. First of all the estimate that the agent gave me was so much different than when the truck driver came and loaded the items, the driver raised the cubic feet from 500 to 800 and it cost me about $1500 more. After the items were delivered we found out that two boxes were missing, two of our furniture had major damage. Several our china items were broken despite that we packed them very good with packing material. Looks like they transferred items multiple times from truck to other trucks and they had dropped these boxes. I am in the process of claiming the damages but the third party company who handles the claims is not responding to my emails. Overall I do not recommend this company for long distance shipping of your households.
I was very pleased with their positive attitude and willingness to do the things right. My rep was pretty attentive to whatever I needed. Their neatness was wonderful and I did not have to worry about anything, I really will think of these guys when I have to move again.
My rep was helpful from the very first call and I could book quickly. The day of the move a professional crew came over. These were polite and hard working guys. I was told it could be a 6.5 hour move but it was done in just 4.5 hours. Nothing got lost or damaged. I will hire this company again.
