I would never ever refer these people to anyone. We told them our date for our furniture to arrive it was 4 days late. For what I was told that when they picked up our items they put it in a unhaul to bring to a storage unit for it to stay there the whole time u haul they found someone to deliver. Chris who I spoke to when I scheduled this was no where around to speak to him about our concerns would not answer call or emails. When stuff was delivered 3 of our bins were missing furniture was damaged tv stands were missing. No one cares at this company they are horrible. For the amount of money you pay you should expect great service.

They were AMAZING. We did the cleaning service, which I highly recommend. On moving day there was a crew of 4 and they moved quick! They put down mats everywhere and lots of protective layers on anything potentially fragile. Would 100% use them again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were not upfront with the costs and outsourced the entire project to another company. The other company ended up adding on fees! I was on a deadline and didn't have the option to turn them away and get another company out. When I reported my issues to this company, they basically told me, not my problem. I received goods that were not mine, they did not unwrap any of the furniture, and they broke my handrail!! I was not able to get a response from anyone about the items or repairs. The person the items belonged to, was able to get through so they came to pick that up. Very unprofessional and poor quality!
In response to your comment about your move, we can assure you that our goal is always to have our customers have a good move, but sometimes things happen, or there are other circumstances beyond our control. We do everything we can – from scheduling the move and better communication across departments – so these situations don’t happen too often, but when they do, it’s frustrating for everyone involved.
