Real Time Relocation

I contracted Real Time Relocation to handle my move down to Florida. We had just purchased a summer home, and needed a company to pack everything on the front end. We were already in Florida, and while the inital estimate wasn't 100% accurate (hard to do I found out if you're not there)- the final price ended up being more than reasonable. The communication was probably the most vital thing for me as I was nervous about my stuff over the 2,000 mile move. Would highly recommend and use again.

I recently moved from California to Florida for work. I was blown up by moving companies in the beginning and it was annoying to say the least. I put it on the shelf for a couple of weeks until things died down. I got a call from Ryan with Real Time. He was respectful and transparent which I liked. I felt like it was the best decision to move forward with him and let Real Time handle the move. They delivered in 10 days, which I didn't think was too bad. I did have a few items that were damaged, but nothing that can't be replaced. Lasty I was over on my cubic square footage so the cost was a little higher than what Ryan initially quoted me. My advise is to measure your items so you can be 100% accurate when giving them your inventory. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

WARNING- THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! WILL LIE TO YOU THE ENTIRE TIME AND EXTREMELY DELAYED DELIVERIES. I hired Real Time Relocation to move my things from Chicago to Daytona Beach. I was told multiple times that they were not a broker and it would be their employees and trucks moving my things. I was also promised a delivery date of 4/24/24 which was discussed MULTIPLE times as I relayed to Shawn (sales rep) that I was starting my new job the following week. Even moving my pick up date to allow more time for the travel and delivery of my items. Come time for pick up, it isn’t even their trucks, my inventory list and address was NOT updated. Then I was told from Jackson Movers (the company my move was BROKERED out to) that they have 14 days to deliver from my first available date which was relayed as 4/24/24. Every time I’ve called since Real Time Relocation has been dismissive that I signed this contract and there is nothing they can do. I’ve talked to over 5 plus people, now my things have been sitting in Chicago for a week while I’m in Daytona with NO FURNITURE. David specifically being the rudest person I’ve encountered, clearly does not care about his business’ reputation. By seeing the other reviews, I’m sure my belongings will show up (if they show up at all) not only extremely late but extremely damaged. This company should be ashamed of themselves and how they operate. Endless lies, terrible communication and awful customer service. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

These guys were fantastic. They moved our entire house quickly and gingerly. They took extra care with every piece. They showed up on time and kept a great attitude the entire time. It was as if they were moving their own house. Will certainly hire them again.

From start to finish, the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness displayed by the entire team were beyond exceptional.
