Lone Star Movers were excellent in the way they handled my move. They were on time, which was crucial from the very beginning. They were also pretty quick in packing up my stuff and loading them on to the truck. Truth be told, I thought they were blowing hot air when they promised to deliver within three days. But, that’s exactly what they did, and I was very pleased with that. Thanks guys!
This was a horrible experience! They are horrible at disclosing information and trick you into signing Contracts to make you not only pay more at pickup, but they made us pay an extra $1,000 for a shuttle at drop-off. They never disclosed any of it and held my items hostage until it was paid. Don't use them. Horrible customer service. All the receptionists work from home, and they have no idea what they're talking about. You also have to pay in cash, which is really fishy. It makes me wonder if they're subcontracting cheap illegal labor. Don't use them. They'll rip you off!
The major reason I would like to recommend this moving company is the honesty and transparency of how it handles its business.There wasn’t any extra charges that came up from nowhere. I ended up paying an amount similar to the initial estimate that I was provided. They also handled all of my things professionally, and I’m super glad I hired them.
