I went online asking for moving services and at least 10 different companies called me back. But this company did something different, my rep broke down all charges for me and he didn't try to get me to book the job, he seemed secure about his services and the price was quite good. So I moved with them and it was unbelievable. These guys are friendly and extremely professional, they took even more care than I could take of my own things. I could not be happier with this company.
Movers were excellent, they provided good service and had great skills. It took a little longer than expected and price varied slightly but their work was beyond our expectations. I had more items than i thought, sometimes you need to move in order to realize how many things you have. They did the job joyfully and were always willing to help. Packed everything for me and I got to do nothing but tell them where I wanted my things. I'd recommend them.
***DO no use this Company** NO STARS** I am filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General today. This is the second company that has taken my money fast and has done Nothing. The same thing the other company did however, this company fails to keep a promise at even calling as well as not showing up, no calls to their customers. They told me that they would not do what the other company did and they in fact did. A scheduled pickup was not done. No calls no emails , I called for over 3 days and left several messages and I get they are working on it with no resolution and the day of the promise pick up no call no show. I had to leave the state yesterday to Texas on a flight and all my things are still in Oregon with money paid and no pick up. I am a first responder that has to be in Texas, I had a dead line to meet in Texas and this company has done the same thing as the last company and both should not be in business. They take your money and swear they will get the job done! This company has 48 hours to refund my money or a court cost and breach of contract charges will be set in motion. I am unsure what is going on with the other company and Golden Standard here on these websites? .. however this type of breach of contract should not be happening to anyone. The President will also hear with a personal letter from a first responder that needed help moving to help save lives...Why is this happening ?? Especially for first responders rushing to move to save lives!!!! This move was vital and the company failed to keep their promise as they stated they would, they just wanted the commission and that is not how to do business!!!
