I must say the pricing was amazing. The guy Paul who help me was very caring and guided me through out the process... but there are different people you talk to after him..my move was in days and honestly no one called to the day of the move. Gave a time and I agreed to it. The driver is suppose to call so they say.. to give a ETA and through out the day I didn’t receive one call... I started to become concerned and I had to reach out to the company 5 times no one was on the same page they all said something different. My time was moved to 4 hours later and even then I had to contact the company after 9 at night to see what was going on. Finally spoke to driver and he tells me he’s tired and can’t come. Though frustrated, I was still trying to be understanding: I explain to him that my whole day was put on hold and he could have at least contacted me befor instead of after the arrival time to tell me something so I can adjust. He gave me a time of the next day and gave the nerve to tell me 2 to 4 window. I let him know I will not for sure be ok with that because that will put me another day behind with traveling. He still tried to keep it that way. Finally he said what time will be good for me I told him 8. 9 the latest and he still had a problem with that. As a single mother who is trusting a company to help her this company was not it. Thank God I knew to record every conversation and save every email and text. This company way of communication was horrible.. only person I can say was helpful was Paul. This was a horrible experience. And if I had to tell anyone anything it will be cheap isn’t always ways better... search around. I have posted everywhere twitter. Insta. Facebook. Yelp...etc. as I tell my kids. This is a major NO NO.

These are the absolute best movers I have ever used! They were so polite and professional. My move could not have gone any better. I’ve moved over 10 times in my life and this is the smoothest experience ever. Their guys are great and arrived on time down to the minute. They were also a pleasure to be around. It’s rare to find movers that are so respectful. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs help moving.

Authority Moving Group was a great company to use for our cross-country move. Everything was super easy. They didn’t make anything more complicated or difficult than it needed to be. The cost was very transparent and easy to understand as well. The movers worked very fast and were respectful of every single one of our belongings. They actually finished everything early which was a huge surprise (and a huge plus) to me. I would use them again and I don’t have any negatives to say about the experience.

I’m very pleased that I decided to use this company. They are so quick to respond to us and get us an estimate. Their pricing is very affordable and their movers were so professional. Friendly too! They were such nice guys! They did an excellent job to make sure the truck was packed safely. Thank you fo making our move go so smoothly. This experience was wonderful.

I couldn’t be happier with my moving experience or with Authority Moving Group as a whole. They were on time, very courteous, and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending them because my moving day went perfectly. They were on top of everything and didn’t let my partner or I lift a finger. I wish I could give them more stars because they’ve definitely earned it. If you want a move done right then you should call these guys. They are easily the best moving company I have ever used.
