*** BEWARE *** They are not careful and damaged several doorways they walked through, leaving gouges and removing the drywall in several locations. Additionally, my brand new sofa is now filthy and torn, with dirt all across it. After all this I went to file a claim; they stated they would offer me $100 for all of the damage. When I discussed the extent of what would be required to have everything restored, they offered $150. The damage is in excess of $1500. Additionally, after discussing the square footage of my home, the number of boxes, and the number of furniture pieces, they promised they would be able to move everything within one trip no problem and that they would bring an appropriately sized truck. It wasn’t even close. We needed to take two trips, which of course significantly increased the total cost of the move. The service is not there if you need help. Very disappointing. Would not recommend if you value your home and wish to keep it nice.
