BEWARE. OF. THIS. BROKER. This company does nothing but collect money. They selected a moving company that inflated my cu. sq. footage, charged me $2K over my estimate, and broke and lost many of my things. Nimbus gets an A+++ for lipservice. They will pass you around from associate to associate when things go south. I must have spoken to every employee they have (over 10 ppl) so they didn't have to deal with their awful service. At one point, my move was such a nightmare, a manager named Bennett offered a $1,000 refund. When I told him, "Okay, but that isn't enough to justify how much the movers had charged me' he took back the offer and acted like I refused it. TOTAL S***.
On time delivery and polite service members. They were humble and professional at the same time. They took care of my mothers furniture so nicely, my mother and father loved them too. We would want to always hire them for any kind of move. Thank you so much.
