These five star reviews must be faked. They do not stand by their contract. The movers come and add all kinds of charges including gas which was supposed to be included. They charged extra for putting blankets on a few pieces of furniture after I asked if we needed to wrap the larger items. When trying to discuss these issues I was spoken to rudely and they would do nothing for us. They said we would have 30 days free storage and when I asked how that worked and they said oh it’s all taken care of on the other side with no details. Next our things arrive from CA to NC in about 3 weeks and I get threatening texts saying they are going to deliver my stuff or take it back to CA. We had to arrange our own storage from across the country and get someone to meet them. They charged extra for having to park the truck and broke a very expensive chair. They gave us two very unreasonable times for delivery Saturday at 7 PM or Sunday at 6 AM. There is so much more …. This is the worst company ever. Don’t be fooled by their charm at the beginning. I dealt with Joelle, Kody and Adrian . Joelle said I’ll be there for you the whole time. That was a joke and Kody and Adrian are very unprofessional. Please do not patronize this company! Original quote was 2900 for a small amount not even equivalent to a room and we ended up paying over $1000 more! Run!
