Huge scam , never use this service . Moved last April 2022 1/3 of my belongings are missing . It was this week March 2923 before Sara gave a Gmail where I could contact anyone involved with my move . You cannot speak with anyone other than Sara . There is no quality control or supervisor available. They claim my things were delivered . I had to buy a new bedframe because it was delivered but not completely. My dining room table is missing and the glass top of the table . All of my clothing summer and winter . All of my dress shirts , shoes , pants and my wife's winter clothing . Our kitchen utensils , silverware, coffee machine are missing . I was accused of harassment for continuing to call and complain about getting satisfaction. And completely refused so far of any type of reimbursement.

This is absolutely THE WORST company and experience I have ever had with any company in my life. They have caused so much stress and added expense and worry to our move across country. I wish I would have read the BBB reviews before booking this moving company. The only positive thing that could come from this is saving someone else the headache and stress. I looked at the reviews on National Movers from their website (which is all positive reviews and completely fake reviews so don't let them fool you). I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Reese. We booked the move for 5/18/22 and 5/19/22. I paid my $1900 deposit and he assured me that the pics I sent him were accurate and the total cubic square feet of my inventory for the move would not fluctuate much. I sent him pics of everything except our garage (I forgot) and told him I had 90 boxes (we had 86). I get a call 4 days before our move from the quality assurance guy, Adam just to make sure nothing had changed with my inventory, and I told him I needed to add one couch. He told me my price may change a little (which I was fine with). Fast-forward to moving day... I never received a call 24 hours before. Finally at 9pm on the 18th I get a call from the driver telling me they ran into a problem and could not pick up our stuff until 5pm on the 19th. They arrived at 5:40pm on the 19th with a small truck. We had a walk-thru with the new owners at 5p so we moved all the boxes and most of the small furniture to the driveway for them. Another HUGE inconvenience. The driver/mover told me that we had DOUBLE the inventory we told National Movers (which is a complete lie). I even have text messages to Reese with pics of everything. I was also told that I would have to pay an extra $500 for “bulky” items which is the refrigerator. Why was I not told this initially?? I also learned that the moving company hired a 3rd party (Your Way Movers- who is ALSO HORRIBLE) to move so the blame game started. After multiple attempts to contact someone with either company, 2 guys show up. At 9pm they inform me that everything will not fit onto the truck. When I asked what they were going to do about it, they told me that was up to me because I did not give them an accurate inventory of my furniture. They show up without shrink wrap (which I was also told they had) and did a horrible job packing everything in the truck. Since we had to be out of our house on the 20th at 10a because the new owners were taking ownership,my husband had to rent a 26 ft U-haul at 9:30p($1600) and we had to load everything ourselves until 3am in the morning. I also had to fly my daughter in ($330 airline ticket) to drive one of our cars to the 700 mile move because my husband had to drive the U-haul. Fast forward to delivery… I was told the day they picked up our belongings (May 19th) that they would have to deliver on Sunday the 22nd not the 23rd. I explained I told Reese that we HAD to take delivery on the 23rd because we were not closing on our house until the 23rd. The dispatch guy (LEO with the moving company) told me that was not possible and it did not state that “in the contract”. He told me they would have to charge an extra $1000 to keep our stuff an extra night. Fortunately, the builder of our new home allowed us to go ahead and move in on Sunday. They unloaded Sunday and a number of our items were damaged. I am still in the process of trying to get reimbused. I am sure this will be a horrible situation as well. PLEASE PLEASE do not ever use this company and warn everyone you know not to use them either!! The ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

SCAM Do NOT use this company, they are a bunch of pirates. The positive reviews are FAKE, paid to bury negative reviews. Read the negative reviews because they are true, it is EXACTLY what happened to me. The salesman Ryan Franklin absolutely sold me on false promises. The National Movers breached their own contract with me several times and now will not return my phone call or emails. There is 1 person who answers the phones and she can't get anyone above her to call me back, (because this is a scam company). They give you a low ball quote so you pay a 1,500 deposit and then the movers they broker show up and (re-quoted) me an additional several thousand dollars ($5,000... no joke $5,000, paid UPFRONT with cash or money order.) So you are out 6k to move 90 miles. The National Movers pushed my move back to the VERY LAST possible day I had to move your stuck either way. Save yourself the money and hassle better off supporting a business who will come to your house and quote you on the things you have honest. This company is a complete scam, there was no consultation call 48 hours prior to the pickup date. They did not explain or warn me about how the final payment should be made. Movers had to be in on this too.
