If I could give a negative star rating I would. We needed a truck on a Sunday because we were moving out on Monday. They said they had a truck for us. On Sunday morning, they called and said the truck had a blow out and they could get another truck to us on Tuesday. My wife told them that would not work because we had to be out of the house on Monday. They did not give us any alternative. My wife told them we would have to rent a trailer to make the move out date. They said if we cancel the reservation we would lose the deposit. We said need the truck for Sunday. They said we will take you off the schedule, goodbye. We had to rent a trailer and lost our deposit. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!
The NATIONAL AMERICAN VAN LINES Team made my move so easy! Granted, it was the only furniture. The team I had was great! They arrived early and were professional throughout the movie, even in this COVID world. I would not consider using anyone but NATIONAL AMERICAN VAN LINES for a move.
