After you submit your information to National American through our website, you will receive a rough estimate by phone and email. However, please be prepared to go over a detailed inventory of your property to be moved, as a detailed inventory is necessary to receive an accurate quote and written estimate.

They will screw you over and not show up. They have over $2,000 of our money and ghosted is for the two days they were scheduled to show up. They will make a half assed appearance long after you have resorted to other options because they stopped answering your calls texts and emails just so they can claim you refused their so-called service. They were shady in every aspect after they suckered us out of a non-refundable deposit. They are rude and should not be allowed to stay in business. They are criminals and should be thrown in jail. If you already paid them anything contact your bank right away and reverse those charges.
DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR SO-CALLED "PROMISES" They originally quoted us $6,000 and just days before our move tried to jump it up to $12,000! Turns out, when they recorded our original inventory, they were purposely recording everything as being much smaller than it really is so it takes up less room on their truck and they can give you a low-ball quote to sucker you out of a non-refundable deposit. For example, we told them we had a washer and dryer, they listed them as stackable units. We NEVER said they were stackable, we specified they were full size units. Then when you give them your final inventory, they'll tell you it's doubled in size and now your cost has doubled too! Don't rely on them to actually show up on the promised days. They will only show up after you threaten to go after them for your money back so they can claim you refused service. They showed up a day late, IN A UHAUL which begs the question as to why the hell they were charging me for space on their 18-wheeler trucks. By that point, after all of my calls and messages had been ignored, I had no choice but to rent a Uhaul and do this myself. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS AND SCAM ARTISTS.
