Hired MY Best Mover LLC in November to move a one bedroom condo to Las Vegas. Quoted and signed for $2500 for 16 items like a loveseat, bed, mattress, vacuum, entertainment center, tv,two barstools, small kitchen table and 2 chairs, a patio chair and chaise lounge,fan, and 20 boxes. We were very specific that the move had to occur during the week of spring break as we do not live in LV just have a second home. Rusty Riggs promised no problem. The mover would have to pick up a week in advance and then we had to be available the whole week to received delivery. The dates were on the contract. The week before the move, they call to verify the items to be moved. Yes, we did add an exercise bike and a small electric grill,but took off the bar stools and table and chairs and only had 16 boxes. Jordan said that we had to pay $900 more now that he had the exact inventory. We were ticked but we had plane tickets and needed to get our stuff there, so we agreed. He said we needed to get a cashier's check, the driver won't take a credit card and made out to Best 4 U moving. We did not know this but My Best Mover LLC is a broker. They sub contracted to Best For You Moving. My Best Mover said the driver would call the night before the move. They called at 11:00am and said they would be to our house at 11:30am. We changed our plans to accommodate them. After they load our stuff, they say the exercise bike is a special piece and costs $150 extra and that our stuff was larger so now the bill has gone from $3500 on the contract to $4300.00. Plus they charged more for gas. We gave them the cashiers check and had to write a personal check for the difference. Then they said that we had to pay by cahiers check the remaining $1300.00 when they deliver our items. We were upset but what are you going to do. The next day, the driver calls and says he is delivering the next day. I said you can't, we aren't there and won't be until the following week like the contract says. I call My Best Mover and complain they said don't worry you will get your stuff. On the Thursday before, a woman called from one of the companies and asked when we could receive shipment. I said Monday morning. She said, "OK Monday at 9:00am." I had explained that we have a strict HOA. Monday no phone call, no show. We start calling My Best Mover and Best 4 U Moving. Oh yeah, so they spell their name Best For You Moving out of CA. This is another way they scam you by not spelling it the same. I called the number and left multiple messages with no return call. I call My Best Mover and they tell me that we voided the contract with them when we signed the Bill of Lading (which is the list of all your possessions) with Best For You Moving and that they are a direct carrier so when we didn't accept shipment the next day, we voided the contract. I said we told you we couldn't accept the next day. So we stayed all week at a condo with an air mattress and called and bugged both companies all week. Steve is from My Best Moving and he was rude and of no help. Once we spoke to a Mia and she informed us our stuff had been stored in CA. Friday, came and no delivery and we had to return home. We called Steve again and complained. We asked for his last name and address and he got really shady. Then, that same day Adam the driver calls and says he can come Monday. My husband said yes and had to book another flight for $300 but at this point we just need our stuff. Adam arrives at 9:00am on Monday in a UHAUL and will not unload anything until he gets the cashier’s check. They bring in our stuff and the entertainment center doors are crushed in and the glass is broken. One box and the fan are missing. He asks for the check and leaves. We are not stupid people. I had read many reviews on My Best Movers and they were good, but we did not know that Best For You moving would bring our stuff and their reviews are horrible. We were totally scammed and hope this helps the reader to not make the same mistake we made. Now, I asked for a claim form from My Best Movers at the customer service number. She said she would send it, she hasn't. I told her how disappointed we were and she didn't say a thing just hung up. Now when I call back they never answer my phone number. They are such a scam that they know who you are by the number you call from and now they don't want to talk to us. I write this hoping this saves someone the stress of making the biggest mistake of their life!

Very trustworthy couple and professional. They showed up earlier than we scheduled, which worked out great. Super-fast response to my initial inquiry and fair priced. They wrapped the essential items with blankets and helped set up our bed at our new place. Excellent customer service and great attitude. Very trustworthy! I recommend them if you a concerned about the quality of people moving your belongings.

Thank you, guys! Rader and Isidro were fantastic and made our move so much easier! Our loading dock was still occupied when they showed up (on time!), but they negotiated with the people there on their own and waited an extra 30 minutes for us. Everything was carefully wrapped and transported on time. They were a pleasure to deal with.

I can't say enough about these movers! 9 till 7 pm they worked tirelessly packed all professionally, and when they discovered they couldn't take my furniture upstairs, they took over the balcony! This was amazing, right? Super impressed.
