The worst movers on this planet .. very unprofessional .. damaged our furniture and belongings .. long delays .. just horrible
****WORST MOVERS*** I did the greatest mistake in my life by hiring this company. Lot of items were damaged in the process of delivery. Before delivering they asked for the money. I trusted them and paid the money in full. After quickly dumping the items they said the’ll take a dinner break for 15 minutes. But didn’t show up in even in one hour even though the contract said that they were supposed to assemble the furniture on delivery. When I called them they didn’t reply. So here I’m now with all unassembled furniture, with a broken promise that the’d be assembled on delivery. Big time cheaters. If you don’t want to be scammed by me DON’T TRUST A WORD THEY SAY. Period.
Moved from Nevada to Oregon. Mover Van Line came and packed my belongings with no issue. Few weeks later I received my belonging in Oregon with ease. I did receive my TV broken (sometimes things happen) but their customer support was fantastic! Mike was friendly and was able to resolve this small issue and was able to replace my TV in no time. Recommend!
Worst move ever!!!!! Pick people were fine but delivery was horrible. Guy arrived late evening and insisted on unloading in the rain that was due to move out soon. Was threatening and rude to my spouse and neighbors who came to be with her because of him. Boxes were damaged, a lot of broken items when we unpacked. Got mad because my spouse and neighbors insisted he not turn our piano on it’s side to move it, even offered to help, he got in my neighbors face and left our piano sitting in the mud and hastily left when neighbor was on the phone calling sheriff’s department on him. Luckily piano was last thing. He got mad at my spouse anytime she asked them to put stuff in a certain room. No response from the company about all this. About to get an attorney. I don’t recommend using this company. I’ve used others companies in the past and never had crushed boxes etc. Oh and the company never contacted us to let us know our stuff was being moved onto a different truck either. BEWARE!!!’
Never thought I could have a worse experience with a company. Was quoted a binding price of $3200 before the move date, but of course on moving day the price shot up to $4800. Couldn't really tell them to take a hike due to time constraints of my military move, caused by Covid-19. Was also told the movers would arrive on the dates of April 7th-8th. I received a very unprofessional phone call from an agent saying they would be arriving the morning of the 6th. I informed the agent I would not be ready by then and mentioned the dates I was told. She then proceeded to berate me with foul language saying they will be there the 6th period. Of course I did not just stand there and take it, I was able to convince her to call dispatch to make sure they show up the 7th and not the 6th.... They still showed up the 6th, giving me a call ahead at 10:30pm on the 5th. I was very clear with them that I needed the weight of the truck empty and with all my items onboard, documented so that I could be reimbursed by the military. They reassured me multiple times that this would be done. Come to find out on the day our items arrived they did not have the documentation providing the weights. Was told to call and they would be able to email the info... I did this and wouldn't you know it, they didn't have the documentation and refused to resolve my issue or help in any way. That's not the end of this moving horror story... So far I've found multiple items missing or horribly damaged. My hopes of having that corrected are zero as of now. Steer clear of this dumpster fire of a moving company. FYI the number provided on their "Contact US" page, doesn't even reach out to them.
