Beware of this moving company and the fake reviews. Andrew, the owner who lives in Mexico operates this company and did a 5 star review as Andrew Vitali. Unfortunately I didn’t discover that until after I hired them. He stated that it would be the best moving experience of my life. It was absolutely the worst experience. They were supposed to arrive between 9-10am, they arrived at 11:15am with a beat up caged trailer. They were supposed to called to let me know they were coming, they did not call until 10 minutes before arriving. They did not use the shrink wrap that I was charged extra for, or the blanket protectors that I had. The owner told me he had his own and a dolly, they did not have any of that. It took them 11 hours to complete a 4 hour job. They damaged a new dresser and a headboard. At the old house they left a sliding door open and doors open so when we went back the next day to clean, there was big bugs flying all around the house. They also left a large headboard behind. I had to pay someone else to move it to the new house. I was hesitant to use movers because of a previous experience, but he convinced me that his company was 5 star. His company is -5 star. It the worst that I have ever experienced. The 5 star ratings are fake, they are from himself and other people he knows that haven’t used this company. Warning!!!!! This is not a good company to hire. I am a mother of a disabled son and usually needs to hire workers and movers, it is really damaging when you hire someone trust a company to be professional and honest. Never again with this company!!!
