The owner was terrible at contacting us, switched dates multiple times causing us to miss work. Their drivers demanded cash only and will not unload your belongings until paid. I cannot stress this enough- the communication is terrible. They never provided us with receipts, paperwork after the loading of the truck was complete, etc. Lied to the company that subcontracted them when they didn’t follow their policy of allowing us to refuse certain items so it wouldn’t go over the “estimated cost”. I would advise to not use this company on the east coast at all. Will be going through county clerk to process a claim and warning all to never use this company. It was a NIGHTMARE. And to add we found dead mice in the rug they wrapped up so it either came from their truck or at sometime in their possession. Our table saw also came broken. Our items were picked up on 29 October and just now delivered on 15 November.
The worst movers ever. I had several items damaged and so many pieces of furniture that was scratched up on the edges. The company asked for pictures, I sent them to them. They have not answered my calls or returned my voice mails. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Keep up the great work. This team of movers is by far the greatest that I have used in the 24 years in the Army. I highly recommend using Limitless Relocation. I will stress-free moving with them again if needed! 5 stars!

The service when making the booking was really friendly and knowledgeable, and on the day, the van driver was at the pick-up location before the time slot of 11 is, and the item was delivered at the drop-off within the hour. He was very polite and careful with my item. Didn't have any issues, and it was quite a smooth day for me. Would definitely recommend using them.
