I booked them for a move from CA to WI. I booked several months in advance. Contacted them multiple times to confirm everything was good and ready. They kept informing me everything was looking good and they will have dispatch contact me one day before my pickup. The day before pickup, nobody calls me. I had to call them myself multiple times before I even got a hold of them. Then they told me that their truck broke down and they couldn't get to me until Saturday morning. Friday (pick up day) I called them again and they said they can only pick up my stuff on Monday. I had to leave the apartment by Sunday so they messed up my entire schedule. They offered to refund my deposit (as if that helps with anything) but the refund would take 21-30 days to show up on my card. So, don't get this company, they appear to be a fraud
I'm guessing these guys are well rated because their HQ is pretty squared away and easy to work with. Their local teams, at least in LA, are the absolute worst people on the planet. VERY argumentative, NOT solution-oriented, and condescending to say the least. If you're looking to move out of LA, look elsewhere, unless you like a biz that talks down to you, explains nothing, and their workers take breaks to smoke up. Absolute nonsense. Email or call me, I'll tell you all about it.
I've been waiting two months and still waiting no return calls and all they want to do is give me 30$ a day for being a month late but want to honor only three days I have no cloths tv or washing machine or furniture they are scammers and crooks they are a horrid service
Every step was explained thoroughly-no questions left unanswered. Their reasonable rates, combined with their pleasant attitude, made our move a positive one! It was a pleasure working with such efficient & professional gentlemen. I am so impressed with their service!
