The glorified "dispatch manager" Stephanie was a rude little snit who was condescending, rushed and straight up mean! The movers trashed my apartment! They did not even take the multiple bands of tape off my boxes. I reported this to situation to Amy a sales agent who was very nice but have yet to hear anything back from management to make it right- clearly because they just do not care. I sent her pictures of my floor with sediment and dirt all over and my boxes just thrown around without the tape removed. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Oh and the "dispatch manager" Stephanie was easily the most vile person I have ever dealt with!! She should not be cooking up fries at mcdonalds much less dealing with clients who are spending tons of money on their move. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!
Crew were very fast, polite and helpful movers. They knew what they were doing. Booking was also very easy to work with and they were able to provide insurance forms for the move as well. One of the least stressful moves I've ever had; would absolutely recommend these guys.
Our furniture made it over with no damage. Crew were prompt, professional and polite, They arrived on-time, helped me finish closing all my boxes at rapid speed, there were no hidden fees, and they made an otherwise stressful experience quite easy and I highly recommend them! Would hire them again.
Micheal, the supervisor was a great guy, and he worked alongside his team as a team. Plus, he didn't comment on any of my heavy furniture that hadn't moved in too long. They managed to move things so fast there was nothing and damage. I am so impressed with the movers help and effort throughout. I recommend using the movers to all.
Came on time, brought all supplies needed for move, blankets, dollies, hand trucks, etc. They were super nice and efficient in their work. What should have taken about 2-3 hours took them only 1. It was pretty incredible to watch them work! And best of all, I didn't have to lift a finger. Highly recommended!
