This is the worst company I have made business with. Though my property was delivered at a decent time frame, some of my items were damaged. I called to make a claim and the guy just simply hung up on me while mumbling (not sure what he was saying) but was just disrespectful. I asked him why he kept hanging up on me and he had no answer. He was rude and just did not want to help, he gave a number to call, which is only answered by machine that repeats the same message over and over again. Aside from that, the contract that was initially signed was not respected. I was given a different price when the contract was signed and then they charged me $2,700 extra. As for my damaged items, I am still looking for a way to get in contact with those people. Also, none of my items were arranged and instead put in a corner for my husband and I to fix. Worst company ever! I will never again contact these people to move my items.
Awful company took 2 weeks although they promised 4 to 5 days property damaged mattress dirty even though we wrapped it one guy for delivery so my son had to help unload 300 extra dollars for stairs ridiculous
