Independent Moving Solutions delivered on everything that they said they would from the binding not to exceed price. The delivery ETA and the condition of our items was fantastic besides one broken chair that they compensated us for. I would highly recommend this company if you have to make any move over state lines. They are by far the best in my experience.

I have heard some scary moving horror stories and that company lived up to there promises and everything they committed. They were a bit expensive but we are very glad that we choose the. We had a move from Colorado to California and it was on short term notice and we choose to go with Independent Moving Solutions. Boy did we make a great choice. This company is the real deal. From their account managers to the customer service they do a great job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do a upcoming move in the near future.
Independent Moving Solutions is amazing. We had a move from SC to CA and I had to be there in 10 days. My mother passed away so I was very stressed and emotional. Gabby and Nick were very helpful and understood my whole situation. They were a bit pricey but worth every minute. Take your time and go through the inventory process over the phone it’s very accurate. Great job IMS - keep up the great work!!!
I had to arrive in AR in two weeks with my belongings to begin my new job and move into my new apartment. I reached out to Independent Moving Solutions because they had great reviews online. I surely wasn't let down when I choose them. Our sales rep Steve was fantastic and very patient with the inventory process over the phone. Gabby in custom er service was on top of our delievery ETAs constantly. End of the story - they made it early and I was able to get settled into my apartment before I started my new job.
