Terrible. The bid by "Authority Moving Experts", who hired Hermes, was wrong. Hermes took forever to pack and load, left items unloaded because their trucks were "full" (we had to give the items away and replace them at our destination, and many items packed were done so poorly - scratched or broken. And their insurance company, CSI, did not pay. BTW, DO NOT settle for their minimal, "free" coverage.

This by far the worst experience in my life. My stated amount was 1950.00 through top moving solutions. They sold me off to this god forsaken company. They lied about the amount of space I was using, charging me almost double. They have themselves 30 extra days to deliver my stuff. It’s sitting in Orlando somewhere being held hostage. No communication, they actually laughed at me on the phone. They charged me an extra 5% for using my credit card without notifying me. I have items that should not be left outside which is why they picked my things up from a controlled climate storage. How are these people still in business. Stay away!

Terrible, Terrible coordination, and worst communication. Terrible experience and they made my move traumatic. I was delayed 16 day. Horrible and unprofessional sales office, dispatch never calls and they're also rude and insulting. Stay far far far far away from this company. Lots of hidden charges and Overcharged. After deposit payments never got update or respond of sending several emails several equipment's were missing and damaged. I can't say enough, Hope I can give them 0 star.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only are they unreliable, but they are extremely unprofessional. I had hired through a third-party company and had not noticed they had selected Hermes to handle my move. Once I found at a couple of day prior to my pickup date, I reviewed them and found thee worst rating I have ever seen of any company still in business, from customer reviews with overwhelming one-star reviews to the better business bureau of an F rating. Unfortunately, for my it was to late to change I had to be out of the house, looking back I would have waited and eaten the cost to find a reputable mover. My pickup date was March 27th and they were to retain my property in storage and have it delivered from my Arizona location to Tennessee. Three weeks prior to my wanted delivery date I provided notice of my desired delivery day of May 27th as they had suggested I do for sufficient time to find a driver. I had called 5 days prior to, to confirm date at which point they told me they had a 21-day window, and they would notify my when the truck was being loaded. The 21-day window expired at which point they told me that was 21 business days, which makes absolutely no sense. I waited the extra days and still nothing. Finally, my property was delivered on June 29th, after their allotted window per them. When my merchandise arrived, it was extremely poorly load. Several pieces of property where damaged some severely. Most importantly however, my bedroom mattress was not included in the shipment along with a few other minor items. The movers notified them immediately and they confirmed they had it at the warehouse and it would be shipped out with the next delivery. Weeks past and nothing I contacted them several more times. The last time they told me that it would be delivered the next time they were in my area, problem is I live in a very remote area and that will likely never happen. To this day I have not received shipment nor any additional communication from the company. This company flat out does not care, they will hide things, change charges, flat out lie and then ignore you when you try to resolve the problem. They literally would see my call pick up the phone and hang it right up, they did that over and over, sad! Save your time money and frustration look elsewhere.

BEWARE of Hermes DBA Cal State Movers. Extra hidden fees, delivery terms are not per verbal promises, poor communication, and negligent handling of goods. Terrible experience.
