Such a terrible experience. They accepted what to them was a small job but was a heavy piece of furniture that I could not move. I sent photos of the piece and photos of how it needed to be moved to get to the correct room. 2 young men showed up completely unprepared. Not only did they move the piece to a terrible place in my home, they moved other furniture and blocked rooms I now don’t have access too. They took a brand new tv and places it face down on a new couch and left it. They removed things from my porch and put it in the lawn in the rain. Owner was supposed to arrive at 3:30 to remedy. It’s 8:30 at night with no call, and my situation WORSE than when they arrived. My first bad experience here in TN. So disappointed and incredibly frustrated. If you don’t want the small jobs, please do not accept them.
