Totally unreliable, unprofessional service. I scheduled a move and confirmed it 2 days prior to the move and on the day of the move the rep simply could not recall the scheduling and had failed to schedule our office move. Totally unprofessional. She simply said: "well, i don't have a move scheduled for you today." Nothing else. No attempt to remedy anything. Kinda like well... you SOL and that's that.
