Buyer beware! If you are told they only deal with 4-5 star reviewed carriers, it's not true. I moved in July- disastrous move. They contracted with a carrier who had hortible reviews. I was notified of the company coming to pick up my 2 bedroom condo belongings 2 days before scheduled move. I voiced my concerns and was given all kinds of assurances it would be great. It was not. My actual expenses were more than double original quote, legal verification of load size never given but cubic feet almost doubled even though I had given a very accurate inventory. My items were stored in a facility that flooded aver $5700 worth of damage. I cannot get the carrier to pay the $2404 ($0.60/ lb)damages that was evaluated by carrier's insurance company. I'm waiting for a small claim court date. This would not be happening if they had contracted with the high quality carriers they say they use when they are giving you a sales pitch. I was told they would help me collect the money but they were unable to get carrier to pay and now they say they made me offers. None of which came close to the $2404. Find your own carrier; don't use a broker. Would give no stars if possible.
