First United Moving & Storage

I booked my move with Matt over at First United. He was extremely professional and even caught items I had forgotten about, which made me feel like he actually cared about making sure there were no surprises on move day. I was quoted $4200 for the move, which was slightly higher then the two other estimates I received, but after looking at the estimate, the other companies estimated my move with a lower total size then my inventory truly was. Matt explained companies do this intentionally and then would raise my price on the day of the move! Doing my research I was worried because this seems to happen all the time. To my surprise, a few days before the move I was contacted to do a quality assurance call. I completely forgot about this, and after the call we only used 55 boxes, which we estimated 75, so my price went down by $150! The movers showed up about an hour late, which was no big deal. Everything was packed, loaded, and because of the great inventory we did, I only forgot a few items, and my price ended up being the same as the original quote. .... I would recommend using First United and asking for Matt! He made this super easy and I couldn't be happier!!!

It was great working with First United. We were very stressed out and nervous about the move, but they made us feel much better. They took the time to explain the entire packing and moving process and what it would look like on moving day. Thanks to them we had a better understanding of our moving process and we cannot thank them enough for making an entire relocation process a lot easier. I’m so happy we were referred to them. I will not hesitate to contact them again for my next move.

Very nice to work with and fast/efficient. Reasonably priced and extremely quick. Everyone I dealt with was professional. The moving crew arrived on time. They didn't waste time getting started. They were very careful, and professional. Also very mindful. I would highly recommended First United Moving and Storage to anyone. They have the best attitudes!

Before our move, we shopped around and compared companies and prices. We decided to go with First United because the prices were affordable and Travis explained the process of everything very thoroughly and professionally with much detail. Every phone call and question was answered. The movers were polite and very time efficient. At the delivery everything was put in the appropriate places and reassembled. No damage was done to any of our belongings. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

First United Moving and Storage was a real pleasure to work with. Jeremy was very professional and explained the entire process to us. He was able to answer all questions with ease. The movers were on time and worked quickly. They were careful with packing, loading, and unloading my items. Everything was in perfect condition. I would definitely use them again for any moves in the future.
