These people lied to me from the beginning. I specifically asked if they hired subcontractors and they said no. I let them know what I was bringing when moving. A few days before the move they called for an update of inventory they would be moving. So I provided more. Then after the price I asked them to revise quote. One of the employees never got back to me after texts, emails and calls. The movers show up, it isn’t an 18 wheeler. It was a truck with a trailer with no USDOT on truck or trailer. The company that physically moved me was Absolute Relocation Services in FL. Vargo Van Lines told me it was a local mover in Grove City PA. That was not the case. I was told that the moving cost was based off cubic sq feet, after looking into it the total move was over 90 miles, it should have been based off weight. They didn’t shows up on time after dispatcher called me. They were supposed to show between 8am and 12 pm. My ill mother with stage 4 lung cancer waited all day. I was told there would 4 movers. There was only one. They showed up at 8pm. Didn’t finish the first load. Came the next day. Then did a stop off at a different location. They said they were late because the guy before us took longer since he had more stuff. I said well I want you to take less because I didn’t want to pay more. When I originally asked about the cubic sq feet they said it could be more or less based off actual items. They would not refund me for the items that I didn’t have loaded on the truck. When I asked them to tell me the cubic sq feet they refused to tell me. I said if the other guy packed more and I packed less and the whole truck is completely full why am I paying for something that isn’t mine. After going back and forth they said they threatened would leave with my stuff if I didn’t pay them. And they refused to let me pay them as a company on Zelle, so I found out that charge cannot be disputed. I paid the owner of absolute relocation services. There is damages to my items and a tv is stolen. They will not get back to me with the information needed to file the claim through the insurance company through them. I felt forced to sign the forms just so I could have my bed and my parents hospital bed. I was advised to call the police and dispute the charge that I am able to. They wanted me to sign a non disclosure agreement to get an insulting 150 refund.

These guys were amazing! Came in and packed my whole house, dishes, clothes and all my kids toys and electronics. I shopped prices for a week and these guys were right in the middle so we decided to used them. Best decision and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a big family like us!

This is a shady company. All the addresses they provide are fake. My personal items were removed and nobody is answering my phone calls. It's been three weeks and still don't know where my stuff are. I'm filing police reports

Kayla was my point person throughout my move. She was very thorough on the quote. Jerid and his crew were punctual and friendly. Delivery was completed in a timely manner after I used their 30 days of climate cooled storage. Thank you Fargo, Jerry, and Kayla.

Do not use this company!!!!!!!!! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever been through. First I was quoted one price and then it changed by additional $550. I had my original date for 8/30 which I took off work and went back to Ga for but the driver didn’t actually arrive until 8/8. It has been over 24hours no one is answering the phone, emails or text messages. My furniture has yet to be delivered.
