Please be very cautious - if you use this company. They will quote you, confirm all items and then charge you double on pick up. And when you refuse- they keep your deposit . Very shady deal all together
STAY AWAY FROM ENTRUSTED VAN LINES--THEY ARE SCAMMERS! They gave me an estimate of $3,800 and they charged me an extra $2,600. They claimed it would be an extra $2,000 to take my box spring and bed frame, so that had to be left behind. They refused to give me any indication of what day my furniture was to arrive, despite the fact that I had to schedule travel around it, and despite their promise of 7 days' notice. Every time I called, they gave me different info, and sometimes were downright rude. "What's your name?" "I'm not telling you." "Can I speak to a manager?" "I am the manager." When they showed up, they demanded an extra $600 just because I was on the fifth floor, not the first. They ruined my chair and loveseat and significantly gouged my heirloom mahogany bookcase. All of my boxes arrived in very poor, beat up condition. Don't believe the 5-star reviews here--they are obviously faked. Hoping to save someone from my fate!
The relocation from TX to NY was performed efficiently and with care by Entrusted Van Lines LLC. I value the manager's ability to coordinate both ends of the deal. I'd want to thank the packing crew for the careful and professional manner in which they packed our possessions. It turned out to be much good budget move to make the transfer than I had anticipated.
Affordable in price, conscientious, and expertly trained Nothing except praise for the excellent assistance I received during my move. Once I paid them, they promptly took care of everything I needed to be done while loading in PA to unloading in WA. You guys are superb!
