He answered immediately all my phone calls and even when I had a missing box he helped me till the end, I really appreciated this because finding a company that cares for your stuff is hard, and that makes me feel comfortable hiring them again.
Movers that finally show up!!!! Empire Moving is the only company that has shown up for me. I had to cancel two other movers because they we unable for some reason to make it to my home. It was one excuse after another. I finally decided to call a 3rd mover which was Empire and I couldn't be more pleased. They even showed up on time at a last minute pickup! Ive moved many times in the past and every time I look for the movers that once moved me they're no longer in business. However when I searched for Empire to use for a second time I was glad to see they were still around. Its no coincidence that they are being they have the best service I've experienced in moving, HANDS DOWN.
Besides being nice guys who made the moving experience pleasant, they were very careful with all of my things. They wrapping anything that was breakable, even though the previous company had moved the same things without wrapping them. They were also very helpful, setting up my bed, attaching the mirror to the bedroom dresser and attaching TVs to their stands. They took all of the packaging materials with them and left me with a clean place.
