The move was scheduled for 10am on a Friday, but the movers did not show up until 5pm, and the truck did not show up until 8pm! The excuse is that a truck broke down, but there are plenty of places you can rent trucks, and I even told them the nearest place to where I live. They did not do this and prioritized other clients ahead of me, even those with later appointments. They did not even have their own drinks and asked me multiple times. I missed a cable tv and internet installation because of this and could not have it done for several more days. From a tardiness perspective, this has got to be one of the worst moving experiences in history! This moving company needs to close its doors!
