Terrible, hired to do a move, sent video and pictures of what was to be moved and was given a flat rate. Come to find out, the guys show up and it isnt even the same company, he contracted out. The were supposed to show up at 9, then didn’t show up until around 3. They complained the entire time, demanded more money and just caused a lot of headache, totally unprofessional. When I called the owner ( the one I hired), he told me it was out of his hands because the guys didn’t work for him. The lead guy that showed up looked and acted like an ex con. Before they were done, they demanded their money and left. BEWARE….do not use this company. Absolutely awful business practices.
