Destiny Moving

I've moved a lot in my life, but Destiny Moving is the best one I've ever had! A friend of mine recommended me to them so i decided to give them a try. It went so quickly and without a hitch. They take great care with your belongings, and I wouldn't hire anyone else to move me. In comparison to the other movers I researched, the cost is also very reasonable for what you get. Jerry’s Team was great he packed my material’s in boxes wrapped my furniture & some fragile stuff i had was put in crates my move was a little far was worried my stuff would be damaged since i had other moving company’s mess up my belonging but they made me feel safe & nothing came damaged whenever I move I’m going to definitely be booking them again They told me that they were bonded and insured I also looked them up in Google and they were also certified which made me feel so much better overall was a great experience and customer service was 10 starss!!!

4 hours late. Broken 55” Smart Tv. Brought a van that was too small, told it would be a truck. Charged $300 more than quoted. Missing Shelves. & way more I booked this moving company for July 2nd. And it was the worst mistake I could have made for moving. They showed up almost 4 hours late with a van that was too small. Threw my boxes around. Some of them look like they were smashed with a hammer. Then spent 45 minutes unloading and loading the van to try and fit everything. Which they still couldn’t do! I had to take some stuff from them and put it in my car which scratched my seats. We then left at the same time to head to the new apartment, 21 minutes away. They showed up 45 minutes later!! I actually called them twice to find out where they were because I was nervous they just drove off with my stuff. They finally arrived and with my stuff still on the truck made me pay. Which was $300 more than quoted because it took them longer than expected and the receptionist didn’t list everything that I told her I had. A small piano keyboard that I could have also just put in my car & a bookshelf. Which I did tell her about. Not to mention I had 6 less boxes than they charged me for. They also didn’t deduct my $50 deposit that I made. I asked why they didn’t and he said “well we took off the $60 fuel charge”. Turns out they don’t charge for the fuel to begin with according to Melissa. So they should’ve deducted my $50 deposit and never had the fuel charge to take off from the start. Then… they brought my TV in which was all smashed up and not working. Probably because they had to Jam Pack the van to fit everything. He then promised me that they would replace the TV and that I didn’t need to file an insurance claim because they knew they were at fault and the insurance wouldn’t cover the total cost of the TV. I was told 2-3 days I would receive the TV and that I would receive order details and a tracking number the next day. It is now July 14th. No TV. No Tracking Number. No insurance claim. And they are dodging my calls. And when they do answer, when I call from another number, they just say we don’t have the tracking information yet… after 10 days? Yeah, right… **Update… now they’re calling and telling me they’re not going to send me my TV until I take the review down. Why would I take down the review before getting the TV? I’ve already trusted them for 2 weeks to send me this TV…. Charged $886 (Original quote: $585) and a broken $500 Tv with this company. They claim they took an hour off of the charge/invoice and that it should’ve been more than $886. But they wouldn’t have had to if, the receptionist actually gave them the correct info, they brought the correct size truck and didn’t have to spend 45 minutes reorganizing to fit everything, and didn’t take a mysterious 45 minutes to drive 20 minutes to the new apartment. You’re telling me it was Supposed to be More than $886 to move 1 bedroom worth of stuff? Desk, bed, dresser, TV, bookshelf, keyboard and 12 boxes The manager hasn’t reached out to me a single time
