My husband and I used CTC Moving Group to move my mother in law closer to us. We were very skeptical about using a company and not just doing it ourselves. However, we knew we would be unable to take time off of work and travel that far with our children. My husband called CTC Moving Group and was provided with a very reasonably priced quote. We explained the situation and they explained packing services which we took advantage of since my mother in law would be unable to pack everything herself. We were able to sign off on all of the paperwork electronically and make payments over the phone so my mother in law's only job was to open the door and let the movers in. The movers called us every step of the way and provided us with updates. On the day of delivery, the movers showed up and provided great service and worked quickly to unload everything and stage the home as promised. A few items did not arrive which we were able to locate the majority of them. We were also compensated for the items were were unable to be recovered.
