Aside from a quality service, CTC moving group provided me with some good tips on how to handle glass items and how to keep them safe during transport. More importantly, they were friendly and polite and willing to meet all my requests and to answer all my questions. And I had a lot of them as I was moving for the first time. The pick-up and delivery were on time and I was charged the previously estimated amount in the end. When I first got in touch with CTC moving group I spoke with an extremely polite sales person. She explained general terms of the move and gave me an approximate cost of moving services. Their offer seemed quite attractive, much lower than previous ones. For some reason, they insisted on providing an estimate via phone stating that they could be as accurate as the onsite quotes. From other people’s experiences, I realized that an in-home estimate is a must and that I shouldn’t compromise on it, so I politely refused their assistance and kept searching for a more convenient deal. Now I can’t tell what their intentions were, but it seemed to me that something wasn’t quite right there.
