    Worst moving experience ever! We signed an estimate to move to move on a Friday, packed up our home, received a call from "QA" on Saturday to review our move who increased the price by $2000 and no one ever showed up or answer a phone? I can't believe a company like this in business, now we have to figure out how to get our $2400 deposit back!

    My move with Leadership Logistics who was contracted by Continental Moving and Storage (against my knowledge) has been a living hell.
    In my previous reviews I was reserved because they still had my belongings hostage (please read the previous views). Since day one (May 17) it's been one thing after the other. Them exorting monies from me. THEY ARE SCAMMERS please heed this warning stay away from them. I just got my belongings June 12th. And I was still charged had to rent a U HAUL to retrieve my items because the driver states he couldnt drive my street. I told the driver Alexander,that there was another street to access to my house, he refused to use it. First he was saying it's an extra $595 for them to "shuttle" the items to the house, when I told him no that I will get a uhaul, he then stated will its $150 an hour for me waiting. I refused that as well. When I got there he told me I cant release your items until you pay me $250 up front (Scammers). After going back and forth with him, Diana and Fernando for two hours I went ahead and paid him $150. My kids and I been without our items for almost a month, sleeping on the floor spending monies buying fast food because our everything was in that truck. After unloading and unpacking some stuff I discovered that they had broken my furniture, glassware items was missing
    They ramble through my boxes and crates stole all my jewelry, vintage coin collections stuff I cant replace that held sentimental value from my parents that passed away. Things that were engraved with names on them, my designer shades also went through my file cabinet stole my and my kids passports, checks just our identities (Yes I have pictures I will post). I am out of thousands of dollars dealing with them. I was told to file a claim and I am but I know there will be some type of fine line print and I will not be compensated. This move was supposed to be stress and Hassel free less cost efficient then doing it your self but it been a LIVING HELL. They get your money and your business and throw you to the way side. From leadership I've spoken to Diana and Fernando no help at all from Contential Moving and Storage Jim Miller and Crystal (she has been great) but theres nothing she can do, the Manager/owner Michael has NOT reached out at all to me. They dont care because it's not there items. If could rate these companies a minus 10 ⭐ I would. I hired Continental Moving and Storage not Leadership logistics my job was bidded out without me knowing didnt find out until the day of the move. I moved to start a new life and got hit with this. Every box I open is a new surprise I've been crying since Tuesday, I feel so VIOLATED!! Both companies are working hand in hand with each other. SCAM ARTiSTS PLEASE STAY AWAY! If any one who read this and had it happened to you inbox me please so we can see what can be done legally about these companies raping us blind.

    This is a broker, they do not have the same person answering the phone after I paid my "down payment". I did not know this and fell for the line I was given about how much could be moved and the full amount due at delivery.
    Unfortunately nothing worked out the way I was told. A very difficult young man picked my things up and was not courteous at all. He made me pay triple the amount I was quoted and double the amount at delivery.
    He did not take all I had planned because the quote he gave for that was way beyond what I could afford.
    He promised a 2 week delivery and it turned out to be over 6 weeks plus damages because my things were transferred to a different carrier - unknown to me.
    I attempted several times to call Continental and could only speak to someone who said they would not help me I would have to contact the carrier. When I tried that several times with no response I was told after calling Continental again that they too could only contact that carrier by e-mail. I tried that and did not ever get a response.
    They stole my money, damaged my things and got away with it.
    Continental will not help you - period.

    Hiring this company was the worst night mare that I have ever experienced. The driver was supposed to arriving on 3rd, I had to call to find out why he hasn't shown up and was "guaranteed" he would be here the next day... NO SHOW AGAIN, I have to call and get an update... this went on for five days and was told he would show on Saturday. NOBODY SHOWED NOBODY CALLED ME, I had to call a week later and still NOTHING. They have an excuse for everything and now I am without a mover and am moving out of state. The lack of concern , follow through was just enough to make me almost have a nervous breakdown. Everything that the "dirty car salesman" was a LIE. They have done NOTHING to help me. I requested a refund and they sent me BOGUS email stating a credit which was less than what I paid.
    You are crazy to even consider hiring this company who truly doesn't care about the customer and only cares about the $$. I will make sure that I share this experience with everyone, anyone and everywhere.

    CONTINENTAL IS NOT A MOVING SERVICE. They are a BROKER, and all they do is hire a subcontractor to handle your move. EVERY GOOD REVIEW BELONGS TO THE CARRIER THAT CONTINENTAL HIRED. Continental won't even do halfway decent customer service to ensure satisfaction, meaning you will have the worst moving experience of your life if they hire a bad carrier. They do not care about your move or your experience. They care about getting their $550 "estimate fee" and then using those funds to call the lowest bidder, who may even be a company that you passed over due to poor reviews. Continental will make promises of costs and delivery times that the subcontracted carrier may not fulfill.

    Do not fall into this trap! When they get your email address, they will send you a link to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) website, showing that they have a squeaky clean record, and they will suggest that you use it as a resource for checking their competitors. Continental has a clean record BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT A MOVING COMPANY.

    Hire someone who actually owns and operates the trucks, and has a responsibility to look out for your stuff, not a company whose business model is based around taking your money and calling someone else to do the job.

    They were exceptional, our items and valuables are not worth large in value but they are to us, and some of our belongings we failed to wrap or cover, they took the initiative and wrapped everything up in quilts or bubble wrap. With the delivery of our furniture we were as equally impressed with there service; they worked non stop, they really moved boxes and our furniture carefully and knowledgeable. When we called with a question, they were most helpful. The customer service we received was extraordinary and I would hire them again if we ever had to move.

    The process went very smoothly they showed up on time 9 AM and finish before the time that was given to us which was great! they wrapped everything and most important they did not break anything my husband was impressed and also gave them $100 tip thank you again.

    Absolute scam. First off, if you look at all of their reviews, they've only reviewed between 1-3 reviews. AKA this company and their fellow scammers, they're a broker who flaunt their "guarantee" of 4-5 star movers only to find out their moving company they brokered us out to is F rated by the BBB? how ironic? I dealt with Anthony who was great, remembered my name and everything and was told this would be hassle-free. Paid my first payment and boy did everything change. I was told packing was included then boom. 1 day before the move, I called them for packing instructions only to be told packing was not included. Then had 24 hours to pack my entire house to then be called two hours into the 4 hour window that they cant pick it up until tomorrow. During this time only 1 person answered the phone which was absolutely useless only, then to find out the rest of the payment was supposed to be in cash or money order with no cards allowed. They trying to cancel only to also find out nothing is refundable. BE FOREWARNED.......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    When I called Continental moving and storage following recommendation, the lady on the line was warm, nice and assuring. I explained that the furniture were high end and were to be handled careful, they promised that they would and they did! The whole process was smooth and pleasant. That is how moving should be if handled by professionals!

    They were so extremely pleasant individuals who showed up on time. They were quick, but careful with all of my stuff. They came prepared with their own equipment and left no scratches to my wood floors! Great job guys! I would hire them again.

    I utilized Continental moving and storage when I redid my hardwood floors. They moved everything out of the house, and then back in after the project was completed. They were fantastic! They were fast but very careful with my furniture and belongings. I was very impressed with their pace, and that they didn't try to take advantage of being paid by the hour. They kept moving one heavy thing after another! Nothing was damaged, as they were very careful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a moving company!

    This a bad moving company. 2 boxes and 1 luggage were STOLEN. All my furniture and appliances were damaged, 2 heater and 2 stand fans were broken and I had to throw them. Total loss and damage was more than $2000.

    They offer me $1687 for door to door moving service from KS to VA and made me pay $521 advance. after few days someone called me and did charged me another $193 as adjustment( As I became their victim). Not only that, when the driver came to pick up my items they charged me more money for packing 2/3 items and carrying few things from upper level to down stair.
    I paid moving cost for 3000 LB but the weight was 2489 LB. I was supposed to receive reimbursement of ($0.45*520)=$234. But never got the money back.

    I called them several times but the issue never got resolved. I wish I never hired a moving company.

    I recently used this company for my relocation to Baton Rouge La. Initially I was working with a Rep by the name of Shannon. Shannon was very helpful and very thorough. As the time for the move approach, I attempted to contact Shannon with no success. 4 days before the move I call the office concerning not being able to contact Shannon and was advised that Shannon was out on medical leave. So now I was switch to Mike and he was the opposite of Shannon. He advise me that he would have called 2 days before the move to confirm. I advised his that Shannon stated she would contact me a week before the move to review everything and to make sure there were no changes that's why I called. He reviewed everything with me and I advised him of some changes and he noted them. He quoted me the amount that I was to have ready for the driver upon delivery. Well the day of delivery the driver called and arrived @ 10:00. When he arrived he wanted like double the amount of money that Mike had quoted me. That was not the amount that Mike advised me. I immediately called and spoke with Mike who stated that this company was new to them and that price was not acceptable. He had the guy take pictures of the furniture and send to him. The drivers are waiting outside in the truck and all of sudden they leave. Mike explains that now he has to find another company. Mind you I have to be in Baton Rouge in 4 days. All the arrangements were made with that time frame in mind. Mike found another company who could pick up on Saturday. Leaving me 2 days to get to Baton Rouge. When this driver came he stated the same thing that Continental had underestimated the cost . I ended up having to leave my sofa as that would cost me another 1000.00 to move. Spoke with Ryan cause I could not get ahold of Mike at this time. Ryan was the manager so he stated. He assured me there would be no more hiccups. Advised the driver of the date to delivery and he stated that would be no problem. 8 days latter driver calls and states he is delivering furniture tomorrow and I advised him that was not the date I told the driver as I am @ the state at this time. Spoke with Representative @ Integrated Moving Solutions. She stated that the driver would be there on the 12th and I advised her that he stated he was coming tomorrow and that is not what was arranged. She stated she would speak with driver and reroute the move for the next available date. It is now 4/18 almost one month and no furniture. I am unable to have anyone from Integrated give me a call and I have left numerous message. I have called and email Continental Moving asking to speak with a manager and Kaylynn calls, she stated she is customer service manger, and she states that someone from the company should be contact me concerning the move. I find it strange that she can get ahold of someone from Integrated and I am not. Kaylynn could not provide a contact name. She advised me to call the number once the company opens. I advised her I have called all day and no one returns calls. So I am now still waiting on my furniture. I will be contacting the BBB and my attorney as this is totally unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY......

    The movers came in and got started quickly. They covered the carpet, and even though it was rainy that day there was no trace that they had walked on the carpets in either house. They completed the move in less time than originally estimated. Your service far exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to anyone.

    Continental Moving & Storage was recommended to me by a family member so we decided to go with them. They moved all of his stuff and also picked up a couple pieces from his mother's house. I am pregnant so I couldn't lift anything. They were really understanding and helped out with putting all of the boxes in the right places. They also wrapped/unwrapped the furniture and set it up for us. Super nice guys and I'm happy with their work.

    The movers work really hard and actually care about things being packed right. I was the first move of the day this time around, which was great because everything was done early on. If I move in the future, I will ask to be an early move so that there isn't a waiting period.

    I would highly recommend this company. One, because the staff and the office was great. As well as a driver at the beginning of my move. As well as a driver at the end of my move. They were courteous and knowledgeable. Then I had a few antique pieces that needed special care. All of my items arrived on time and anytime I need an update I was given one.

    I've moved 12 times in 17 years - and these guys were the best.. they showed up on time, were pro-active, went out of their way to make sure that nothing was damaged. They actually finished early so we had more time to organize our things. We really recommend them! A fantastic group!
