I have a king-size bed, huge dresser, large mirror, nightstand, desk, chairs, and many boxes and suitcases. These were very heavy items for which I need Connected Van Lines help. This company is a total scam. They lure you in with false promises, get you to sign a contract then proceed to charge you extra money EVEN if you give them exact dimensions for ALL of your stuff. My husband and I learned this the hard way and now they won’t even cancel our contract. They will totally screw you. We went over every item, talked through every article of the contract with the GM and they still changed things after the fact. Customer service is terrible and rude (but only after they get you to sign). Believe the reviews. They are 100% accurate and I can’t believe they are still in business. If I could give zero stars, I would.
