The absolute worst, most unprofessional company I've dealt with. They should have negative stars. I made a $4,100 down payment several months ag. Now, as I am trying to schedule my move, I have tried to contact them via both telephone and email and receive no response. Over the last 4 days, I have called them not less than 40 times and left several messages. My call is answered by computer which tells me to await a representative. Then, after about 5 minutes, it tells me all representatives are busy and places me into voice mail. No one ever answers (not once) and no one returns my call. The same goes for emails. I am beginning to think that the entire company is a scam.

DO NOT USE CONNECTED VAN LINES. DO NOT. The one star is required to write a review but there rating would be negative 5 stars. They are deceptive, sneaky, sleazy, and sketchy. They lie about pretty much everything and hide behind their contracts which are subject to change. The timeline is a lie. They hold your things captive and require more money. No one can tell you how long your things will be with them and they cannot tell you where your things are or when you will get them back. My daughter used them and it was the worst experience. They lost her head board and damaged most of her furniture. They broke into and went through her safe. The price with change. The timeline will change. They are a broker and subcontract stuff out to people I doubt they even know. It is the most unprofessional and sketchy operation I have ever dealt with. There is not enough room to go into the horror of using this company but the police should have been involved as they tried to take my daughter's belongings without delivery after cash payment which was required at delivery. People had to block ;them in to keep them there. I was a NIGHTMARE. Just do not use them. The customer service is a joke. Any reviews that paint them in an other light are false and probably paid for as they are the hands-down worst company I have ever encountered. The compensation they offer after losing things and damaging things is pathetic but they claim all kinds of ridiculous contract stipulations that no customer could possibly be aware that they agreed to.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. Pickup was relatively quick, though they were a FULL day late getting there Sunday night at 730pm (they were originally supposed to be there Saturday between 4 and 6pm, then supposedly confirmed for Sunday between 2 and 4pm). The movers were incredibly slow so the two of us helped load everything and finished around 1030pm. The bigger problem is you'll never get your stuff back. I requested drop off May 19 and I'm still getting the run around. The only benefit is they've taught me that I don't need my stuff to be comfortable since I've gone without for so Iong. After leaving this ^^ review, Rachel told me she could no longer work with me because of my negative review, per her boss. Not surprisingly, everything Connected Van Lines told me was inaccurate. They supposedly had confirmation that my items were on a truck headed my way on June 17. After speaking with the moving company directly, Connected Van Lines markets themselves as movers but they're brokers, I learned the truck ACTUALLY left 6/24. My items were finally delivered on June 26. I've filed a complaint with the BBB which I'm sure Rachel and her boss will likely ignore. Clearly they didn't uphold our contract as they were so incapable that they couldn't even organize drop off of my items after a month of trying.

I have been waiting for weeks to get my belongings. The company won't answer my calls and I feel like I'm being held hostage. I'm in Nevada already, in my new home - with nothing. Nothing for my kitchen, only the clothes I packed into my suitcase. I can't live like this. What a horrible company. Please don't use them. The BBB gives this company an F - that should have warned me away. I feel like such a fool.

Before I signed a contract with Connected Van Lines, they informed me that they typically deliver items 4-7 days after pickup. When pickup day arrived (5/23), the movers from American Home Relocations had us select which day we wanted our items delivered. We selected 5/27. They also charged us an addition $871 for alledgely going over the original cubic feet. When 5/27 came and went, I called Connected Van Lines and spoke to Victoria, and she informed me that the movers should not have told me that my items would be delivered on this day, rather this was the day they start preparing the manifest. I called after a week (6/3) had passed, and the manifest was still not prepared. I was informed it would be prepared at the end of that week. I called again on June 5th, and was informed by Rachel that the riots in Atlanta are preventing my items from leaving the city. We were informed that the company had until June 10th to deliver our items, or pay a late delivery spread fee. When wednesday came, we were informed by Victoria that we would not be receiving our items on Wednesday, but that the truck was leaving that afternoon. When we called on Thursday (6/11) to make sure the truck left, we were informed by Rachel that the truck left on wednesday, and we will be receiving a call from the driver. On friday June 12th, we called dispatch at American Home Relocations and they informed us that our truck did not leave on wednesday and it was sitting in the lot. I called And emailed Connected Van Lines to discuss this mis-information and never received a call back. At 4:19pm, I called Connected Van Lines, and spoke to Adam. He stated that my manifest was still being built, and that he had no other update than that. I asked him about the discount, and he stated that the moving company has 21 days to deliver our items before a $25 fee is applied for every day they are late. We told him that Victoria told me that we would have a discount after June 10th, and he stated that was incorrect information. On wednesday 6/17, we were informed by Heather and Nick at AJ Pro Logistics that our items will be delivered the next day, but that our items were on a truck that could not fit through my complex. They made this determination after looking at pictures of our complex online. We we told that we could rent a uhaul and unload our items ourselves for free, pay $1000 to have them transport our items into a smaller truck and then deliver them to our home, or have our items sent to Chicago and sit in a warehouse. When Nick arrived to deliver our items, the truck was stuffed and poorly packed. We had a storage container with the top missing, and another persons items taped inside the container. So far, we have 2 broken mirrors, a couch with black stains on it, 2 dressers with chipped wood and loose handles, a bed that cannot be put together because a piece is now missing due to the many handlings of my items, a washing machine with a missing leg, and a dryer with a broken knob. They did not fully explain how the shipping delivery dates worked, and became non-responsive and unprofessional after pickup. Rachel and Victoria had unprofessional attitudes when we called and inquired about our shipping status, and talked over us while we were trying to air our concerns. Adam did not return my calls to discuss the delivers attempting to charge us more or a reimbursement. Connected Van Lines contracted the move to American Home Relocation, and American Home Relocation contracted the delivery out to AJ Pro Logistics. When it was all done and said 3 different companies were dealt with to pack and deliver my property. They state that they are here to work for you, but they lie to get your business. They assured me they were working on my behalf and would be available if any issues occurred during this process, but were unresponsive when AJ Pro Logistics asked for more money. This company has terrible communicators and is constantly being "mis-informed" by dispatch.
