ripped my $900 sofa and they had the nerve to say that their guys never touch that tv. I have all the ring videos were you can see that the plastic wrap they used got ripped as soon as they walked out of the apartment. They sent 2 guys that have no idea how to deal with big furniture. Plus, they made you sign the contract at the end and you have no chance to declare the real value of the stuff. Which they use on their favor enforcing the not on the contract that says if I didn’t declare the real value, they will pay $0.60 per pound. So my $1000 tv will be down to $24. Denise was very helpful while I was negotiating and paid. But when I claim my damages she told me she will Zelle me $102 for almost 2k in damages. Well. She never did and then blocked me. Carlos also blocked me. That’s is not how a decent and honest company acts. And of course my fault to trust in your word which has no value.
