We had the WORST experience with Brightside! We gave them a full itemized list of everything we were bringing, with all of the measurements included. They gave us their estimate, along with a "10%" extra added, just in case. When the movers showed up they told us that NOT EVEN HALF OF OUR ITEMS WOULD FIT! When we called Brightside, the rep told us the size they gave the movers was "just an estimate"! 35 years in the business and they can't give the movers an accurate estimate? Our new options-PAY $5000 MORE OR LOSE OUR $2800 DEPOSIT. We had to rent a U-Haul to get the rest of our things moved!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM--BEWARE.
They were hardworking professionals that took great care in wrapping, handling and packing our furnishings and belongings. I highly recommend this company! You all should must try their service for once in the life time and you will not regret at all.
