First the movers did not arrive in their window time to pick up. Upon arrival loaded up our stuff quickly and wrapped the furniture carefully. However, on delivery day 2/21 They arrived without the bed. It was located in their warehouse in FL; even though it was checked off on the manifest. The driver assured us they would get it up here ASAP. Today is 2/26 and we are no closer to having it delivered than we were last Wednesday. Many phone calls to several people has only garnered us apologies. My sister in law is 79 years old in assisted living and she needs her bed. No one wants to bite the bullet and make the trip up here or ship it to us. :( THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!
BSM Movers are CHAMP! They are very effective, they finished up within 2 hours and they are great communicators and they knew ASL!!! I would recommend this company to anyone.
