Do not use this moving company. They damaged priceless antiques that I had. I bought insurance just in case and they are refusing to honor it. They are now saying that I needed to pack the antiques in one sentence then say they were not notified that they were to pack them. It shows on the paperwork they were to pack the antiques. I contracted for 5 guys and get 4. I had to move a 5 bedroom home and they could not get the job done. They left small items at the house. My son and I had to pack up our cars to get the rest of the items to the new house many times. I did not get to go to bed until well after midnight. Unreal. This move has been a nightmare and I am looking at suing them for the thousands in damages done to the antiques. They are quick to take your money but do not want to take responsibility for the damage done by their untrained personnel.
Although I was happy with the results Boyer Rosene moving and storage delivered, the move itself was very complicated. In fact, things didn’t go as planned as movers didn’t show up on time as promised and didn’t estimate my items correctly. It took them much longer to pack and load my items. As a result, they finished unloading after midnight. Aside from this inconvenience, my overall impression was positive as I had my items delivered intact. I had a good communication with the movers in spite of those slight issues that were resolved eventually. I’m so grateful that everything went well in the end.
My small local move was just completed. I used Boyer-Rosene Moving & Storage and they did a great job. Brian was awesome and he went out of his way to help me. I am not very in mobile currently, as I am pregnant. However, the movers were a huge help. They were able to do stuff that I was not able to do. The estimate was on point and I would highly recommend this company.
My fiance and I recently moved from the Chicago area to Los Angeles. We did have a great experience with Boyer-Rosene Moving & Storage. The cost was right around where we needed it to be, wasn't the greatest Price that we got but definitely wasn't the worst. It also did go down a little bit after we got some big furniture out of our house before the move. We had different people during our pickup and delivery, but both of them are very nice. We were able to tell them at delivery where we wanted the stuff to go. the Mover guys did an excellent job at following directions. we didn't get a fairly large delivery time frame, but ended up working out for us in the long run. We were able to see some of our family during the drive. It definitely made it worth it.
