The team arrived on time and hit all of my expectations. They came out and gave me an estimate earlier in the week and they were spot on. The movers were all very friendly and took great care with my items. Would recommend their service!
Their team were amazing. This is my second time to use the company for a move and this crew was wonderful at being careful with breakables, efficient with packing the truck, and then putting furniture back together in just the right spot in the new apartment as well as unloading lots of boxes. They really were fantastic.
I had a great experience overall. The movers took great care to make sure my furniture arrived damage-free. They also made sure my apartment walls did not get scratched. They were punctual and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend them and use their service the next time.
Axis Van Lines were not only on time they called ahead and verified the address. They were very quick and responsive during the move. They packaged all our items as if it came from the manufacturer. This company doesn’t mess around and work slowly. They are here to get the job done with the quoted price. Highly recommend to everyone. They were also very attentive and clean pertaining to Covid precautions. Always wearing a mask and cleaning and sanitizing their hands. You should not be moving without using Axis Van Lines.
Overall, would not advise using this company. Took them 31 business days since pick-up to deliver my belongings. This company dispatches all their work, they make-up their policies as they go, do not take responsibility of the mistakes their dispatch companies make, and are generally unresponsive. They originally said delivery would be between 7-21 business days since pick-up. When they missed that deadline, they backtracked and said they had 7-21 business days since the earliest delivery date, which does not make sense because i set the delivery date for “immediate” delivery. One star because the team that picked up and dropped off my belongings did a good job.
