Terrible experience. I've been waiting 4 weeks for Atlantic Moving Co to deliver my items. They've yet to call me to give me an update on when they'll be arriving. They're uncommunicative, predatory and their service is filled with hidden fees. Find another company to handle your move.
Started off great with a very friendly customer service and sales rep. Once I signed a contract they failed to give me any information about my move in a timely manner. I had to repeatedly call them to learn anything. They couldn't tell me which day they would have the truck arrive until the day before my window, they couldn't tell me when the truck would arrive day of at all. They left me out to dry when some of my stuff arrived damaged. If you are interested in moving. Use literally any service but this one.
Never use this company. This company is totally fraud and will not get any help anytime. They are very good in collecting around $1000 very first day you call them. Then they go in hibernation and you are left by yourself to figure it out. Never trust their quote either as the company who comes to pick up will give you another quote. It is mess as they are broker. Go with authentic moving company.
USE THIS COMPANY!! Moving is my absolute least favorite thing to do. It is such a hassle to pack up your entire life and move somewhere new (you can only ask friends and family to help so many times before you become a hassle). I was super nervous because I had never used a moving company before, but Atlantic made it so easy!! I hope I don’t have to move again soon but if I did I would use Atlantic again. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about my experience. Everyone I communicated with was so friendly and helpful. Thank y’all so much for your help in getting me and all my stuff to Baton Rouge!
