USA moving subcontracted our move out to Arena moving. We lived in IA. IA wasn’t available to pick for place to pick items up so I chose Illinois. The movers show up in mid afternoon with a truck that holds 1900 cubic feet. Our load is 2300 cubic ft. Well that was a problem already. Then it was going to cost us more. After 7 1/2 hrs they loaded the truck and went to a storage unit to drop it off at. Then they came back the next afternoon and took another 4 1/2 hours to finish. We have arrived in Texas on Sept 5th. First available date was Sept 6 to deliver our things. Haven’t seen or heard from them. I was told they have up to 30 days to deliver our things. This is Sept 9th so all we can do is wait. DO NOT EVER USE USA MOVING.
Our move went very smoothly thanks to our wonderful coordinator. He was very attentive during the whole process. Our driver was very organized and made us feel at ease. We would use this moving company again and recommend it to family and friends!
