Brokers who low ball with a mile-long contract and only take money in ways you can’t dispute. Contract allows them to charge thousands more to get your things. There is even a clause that states contract is binding even if a violation of Florida law as well as one that states you will not post a defamatory review. Michael locks you in then Gabby and her boss are helpful to get movers but then hang up when your stuff is picked up by an outsourced company that also has a less-than-preferred contract (like a 2k nondisputable fee). We were delayed 10 days getting our things picked up and were required to sign another contract or lose our initial deposit. We finally got all of our stuff safely and managed to not pay the $5k over the estimate that they didn’t report until the day of delivery, but we were lucky. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

American Plus Moving was great! They came 15 minutes early and did a great job coordinating the day. They moved all of our stuff in about 3 hours and took great care of our things. The guys in the office were easy to work with and quick to respond, and we used three movers to move a few blocks in TX. Thanks, American Plus Moving!!
I just want to thank American Plus Moving for a great job moving my massage chair from one house to another. They had to separate the chair part, take the doors off both places, and meet the given time frame. They put everything back together perfectly and made sure l was pleased. American Plus Moving and their boys were great to me. They did a fantastic job with their affiliate group to move my mother, who had many fragile and delicate things and some old and oversized furniture. The entire process was seamless. We were pleased with everyone involved, from packing up the stage to delivering her things. Highly recommended!!!!
