The first thing that I liked about them is that the guys came on the exact given time. They seemed friendly; they completed the task very easily and carefully without any complications. They were determined to work and they did not take a break till the mission was accomplished. I didn’t have to tell them to be careful with anything. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it and all work was done very carefully and well planned to make sure that we had no damage at all. Overall, this move was like a breeze. It’s definitely not an easy job giving a smooth and hassle free move to a client. I recently hired them and they were great. The crews brought enough boxes and used individual box for each type of item. Their sales rep has been always prompt in replying my calls or emails. The delivery was in timely manner. Their staff helped us maneuvering the furniture at our new apartment. I don’t think anyone can provide this kind of service like American Moving Pros. We were stress free only for their quality of service. I’ve decided to use them for my next move.
My main concern with American Moving Pros was that the company doesn’t have flashy ads like other companies. But they really were efficient. The movers just meant business. Nothing was overlooked by the 4 movers who came to work on such an excellent hourly rate. Even their trucks were quite reasonable priced to hire. I was very impressed to see how all my beloved pieces of furniture were wrapped perfectly and loaded in the trucks. They delivered on time as well. I do feel they deserve all the good reviews they already have.
On the day of the move, they arrived on time (beginning of the arrival window) and got to work very quickly. Nothing was damaged during the move, and they had no trouble disassembling my furniture and reassembling it at the new place. I was happy to leave a nice tip and would definitely recommend these guys to others in the future.
I do not expect much from movers given how bad they had been in the past. My last move, however, was different. American Moving Pros were nothing like I hoped them to be. They excelled in every aspect of relocation. They quoted inexpensively, the movers arrived on time and none of my valuables suffered any damage while being moved. This kind of performance is so rare in this business. I have to give it to them for being honest. They charged me nothing extra in the end. Safe delivery of all your valuables at a reasonable cost is all you ever ask for from a moving company.
