****BAIT AND SWITCH. Extortion. DO. NOT. USE.**** original quote/contract was $5100 (full pack for 4100 sq ft home). They did not full pack, didn’t come prepared with supplies, brought a small moving van (for a 4100 sq ft home, which is part of their scam), said it would be in temp controlled storage unit (didn’t happen) AND when they left with our stuff wanted $14,000.00 and said we won’t see it until we pay with cash, Zelle or postal order (red flag scam) and we fell for it. Do not use this company, we filed police report. Employees we had to deal with, jessica Ross, rocky, supervisors Alex and Dave who are complete con arrests.

Don't do it. They are complete crooks. Funny how they can call you multiple times a day and leave you a gazillion voice mails when you haven't given them any money yet but once you pay the deposit, crickets. They never answered the phone or responded to any emails from me asking if they were coming to pick up my things on Friday or Saturday. There is ZERO communication. If you're actually lucky enough to get a human being on the line when calling them they will transfer you to a voice mail system within 3 seconds. I don't even know why I let them take my things after they showed up a day late and 5 hours after the agreed upon time. They charged me $400 extra after loading my things on the truck with no explanation whatsoever. Basically they're holding your belongings hostage so you have no choice but to pay. I haven't heard from them since the day they picked up my furniture and TVs - it's been 3 weeks. I sent them an email asking where the f my stuff is but I most likely won't receive a response. Judging by the other reviews on here they do that to everybody. How are they even still in business?

If they even show up your in for more trouble.. Everything you read or hear is 100% true, the only good reviews they have are fake and more than likely made by employees or people bribed to do so. I just want to inform you that as a moving company and a carrier we do over 250 moves a month. We try our best to accommodate everyone's request and make all customers happy but sometimes things happened. Regarding the inventory list, we work with a moving software called the Granot. Sometimes the volume of the article list vary tha't why the price may change a bit. But in your case you described that your move will be a minimum, and the price for minimum moves is a guaranteed and a binding quote. The time frame of delivery may change based on the time of the year, weather conditions, road conditions, other act of God, delivery schedule, geographic location of the move and other unknown factors. The moving company will do it’s best to meet any requested pick up or delivery dates. Customer tend to write bad reviews and when the move is successful they don't take time to praise us witch is fine. Also I want to mention that we did carry an A+ rating for 17 years and we've in business for 33 years. I can assure you that you will be taking care off and you will have a good experience. This is the worst company in the world to have move your belonging. they will come in your home and move furniture with wrapping anything. I feed these slobs and didn't realize they were as terrible as they were!!! there left cigarettes' butts all outside my home I was selling. Then, I thought, the movers that packed me out would be who delivered my furniture, no!!!. They put my stuff on another truck and when it got to me, my brand new computer desk was in pieces, my glass 65inch TV stand was in pieces, brand new couch damage in two area, portable heater/ac damage. #4ladder missing. many boxes damage like they they just threw them off the truck...lol!!!! Once they get your deposit you truly in trouble!!!!!!!!! do not deal with this company period !!!!!!!! They Need to go out of business. Oh, they don't set you up either!!!!!! they through all my thing in the garage and keep it moving!!!! It deserves NO STARS!!!!!!!!! Oh Yeah, they good at switch up prices on you too!!!!!

WORSE MOVING COMPANY EVER!!! I should have read the reviews before hiring but the guy Darren would not stop calling me and gave me a wonderful price or so I thought. I should have known it was a scam when the movers was supposed to be at my house on Thursday and didn't come until Sunday. No one called to tell me anything. I had to constantly stay on them. The movers came and still forgot some of my things that they were supposed to take. Then charged me extra and when I asked why, they told me they were told to up the price by the company. We had to give them another 50% deposit and since we only had cash they told us they couldn't take it. I get a call the next day telling me my things are in storage and they are charging me another fee because if that. When I'm trying to understand why since they just picked up my furniture the day before so rude staffer name Tina is yelling so I had to hang up. I'm still going back and forth with this moving company and I'm moving out of state today. Please do yourself a favor and do not use them no matter how low of a price because it's not true. My price went up $800.00 dollars.
