Agility van lines team was simply great. It was easy to get in touch with them and schedule an in-home estimate. I must say that I was surprised by the price I was offered. Compared with other people’s experience, I think that I was charged a fair amount. More importantly, the final amount matched the previous quote. They did everything as promised, without any delays. I had several bulky items that were delivered in good condition. Although the entire prospect of moving house was very complicated, they made it seem so easy and trouble-free. I heard about Agility from a friend whose move was flawless. Mine had some bumps in the road, but overall, it was good. The customer service department was responsive, but the representatives were a little pushy. I didn’t have a lot of time to do research, so I had to choose quickly. I had some scratches on my table and broken glasses. I was provided with information to file a claim and was told it could take a while. A little disappointing, but otherwise I was satisfied. I was reimbursed for my damages.
